Precise Measurement of Water Depth, Temperature, and Conductivity

Ideal for profiling conductivity and temperature in wells and open water, for saltwater intrusion studies, and as a general indicator of contamination levels. The 3/4" (19 mm) diameter probe is attached to the Solinst PVDF flat tape, laser-marked with precision every 1/100 ft or every millimeter. Lengths up to 1000 ft or 300 m, mounted on a Solinst reel.

The conductivity range is 0-80,000 µS/cm. Conductivity and temperature readings are displayed on a rotating LCD screen on the reel face. Conductivity accuracy is 5% of the reading or 100 µS (whichever is greater). A light and buzzer briefly activate when the probe's zero point enters the water. The water depth and depth of the displayed readings are read from the tape. The 9V alkaline battery is housed in an easily accessible battery drawer and provides up to 90 hours of use.

La unidad de lectura de Solinst (SRU) es un dispositivo de campo diseñado para tomar y mostrar lecturas instantáneas del nivel de agua de un registrador de datos de Solinst instalado.

Cuando está conectado, también puede seleccionar una tasa de muestreo en tiempo real e iniciar una sesión de monitoreo en tiempo real independiente del modo de registro interno del registrador de datos. Los registros en tiempo real se pueden guardar en la memoria de la SRU.

La SRU tiene un barómetro interno, que ofrece la opción de mostrar y guardar lecturas del nivel de agua en tiempo real corregidas según la presión del aire ambiente.

La SRU brinda acceso a información útil sobre el estado del registrador de datos conectado, incluido el nivel de la batería, la memoria, el número de serie, la versión del firmware y el modo de registro, así como el estado de la SRU.

Cómo funciona la unidad de lectura de Solinst

La SRU se conecta a un cable de lectura directa de Levelogger, un cabezal de pozo LevelVent o un cable conector de cabezal de pozo AquaVent.

Usando botones, es fácil encender y navegar a través de todas las opciones del menú SRU. El contraste de la pantalla LCD es ajustable para garantizar una fácil visualización en cualquier condición de campo.

Para transferir archivos de datos a una PC, la SRU se conecta mediante un cable USB. La SRU tiene firmware actualizable, lo que permite futuras mejoras y compatibilidad con nuevos registradores de datos. Tenga en cuenta que se utiliza un software para PC de Levelogger independiente para descargar, ver, exportar, eliminar datos y configurar registradores de datos.
