This functional and precise meter is capable of measuring 12 different water quality parameters using pH, Electrical Conductivity, and Optical Dissolved Oxygen sensors. Transfer, review, and share information to an electronic device using the integrated Bluetooth connection and the Hanna Lab app.

The HI 98494 allows for viewing parameters on a high-contrast backlit LCD screen. Measurements are automatically compensated for variations in temperature, pressure, and salinity, ensuring accurate results in any environmental condition. Its robust design features a dual power system with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and AA alkaline battery backup.

Measurement:

The HI 98494 allows you to display from 1 to 12 parameters on the high-contrast backlit LCD screen. pH, EC, and DO measurements are automatically compensated for temperature variations. Dissolved Oxygen is automatically compensated for changes in pressure and salinity.

Data Logging:

The HI 98494 can log data from a single sample or perform continuous logging at specific time intervals. All records have the option to be stored in a batch with a name and comments. This information provides meaningful data, including notes on local environmental conditions.

Bluetooth® 5.0 Connectivity

The HI 98494 offers the possibility to connect wirelessly to a smart device using the Hanna Lab application. Through the app, it is possible to send records via email or download them directly for review.
