The Smart Leaf Wetness Sensor is designed to provide reliable data on moisture presence across leaf surfaces in agricultural, environmental, and scientific research applications. Its advanced capacitive grid technology reduces sensitivity to surface residue, delivering more consistent and accurate measurements compared to traditional resistive-grid sensors.
The sensor arrives ready to use and does not require painting or additional coatings. It is also pre-conditioned to ensure long-term stability and consistency between sensors, making it ideal for continuous monitoring projects requiring dependable comparative data.
A 3 m cable and adjustable mounting bracket are included, allowing the sensor to be positioned at various angles to simulate the natural drying characteristics of the plants being studied. Its rugged design enables reliable operation in demanding outdoor environmental conditions.
