Mechanical Prusik with high-efficiency swivel link, designed for arboriculture work. Allows efficient movements using the classic Prusik pulley system, with a friction chain that provides precision and fluidity in movements. Compatible with ropes from 11.5 to 13 mm in diameter.

The ZIGZAG PLUS mechanical Prusik allows the user to move efficiently in a tree using the classic Prusik pulley system. The friction chain provides precision and fluidity in movement. The pulley is mounted on sealed ball bearings to allow slack to be easily absorbed. It can be used on doubled ropes or a single rope, providing great versatility. The lower attachment hole with high-efficiency swivel ensures stable and correct positioning of the mechanical Prusik and optimal sliding of the rope through the device.

Features

• Technique identical to the classic Prusik pulley system.
• The device automatically locks on the rope once the friction chain is extended.

• The rope feed is smooth and precise thanks to the release lever, allowing the user great control over their movements. Adjusting the pressure on this lever controls the speed of movement.
• Easy to remove, thanks to the pulley mounted on sealed ball bearings and the separated and curved side plates, the lower attachment hole with high-efficiency swivel ensures stable and correct positioning of the mechanical Prusik and optimal sliding of the rope through the device.

• For use on doubled ropes or a single rope, thanks to the CHICANE accessory, which offers more friction during descent, and the KNEE ASCENT assemblies, which facilitate ascent.
• Upper attachment hole for the end of the rope when using a doubled rope or for the auxiliary braking device CHICANE when using a single rope.
• It has a flexible positioning ring that helps keep the connector oriented along its main axis: auxiliary attachment hole to add a ZILLON lanyard or connect a second system.

• Steel construction for greater durability.
