    The Comstock Beaver Traps are professional-grade, heavy-duty traps specifically designed for the safe and effective capture of beavers and otters. Engineered for underwater, partially submerged, shallow water, or land setups, these traps are ideal for challenging environments. They feature two powerful trap doors that lift and guide the animal into the trap when triggered by a swing bar wire mechanism—eliminating the need for a traditional trip pan and reducing avoidance by trap-shy animals.

    Both models are constructed with strong 1.5" x 1.5" - 12 gauge galvanized wire mesh and weigh 23 lbs. The CB39DDED model includes an integrated escape door, allowing the release of otters or other non-target animals, making it a preferred option for selective trapping. These traps are made to order and require additional processing time prior to shipping.
