Track your Order

After receiving the tracking information of your order, you need to wait 1 or 2 business days to appear on the system if your shipping is into United States, or 7 to 15 business days if your shipping is outside United States.

Remember that if you chose the courier option instead of the freight option, you will need to pay the customs fee in your country. Please contact the Postal Service of your country.

If you order was sent using UPS, DHL or FeDex, they will communicate with you. Nevertheless if they don't, you must communicate with them as soon as possible.

To track the status of a package sent through the United States Postal Service, please visit the website of your country's postal service and enter the provided tracking number.

Please contact them before your order arrives to notify them about the incoming box (if your country offers this service). BIOWEB will not be responsible for delays or if the recipient cannot be found.
