Davis Instruments Yagi Antenna for Long Range Repeater

For users who need to send weather data far beyond the typical 1,000′ (300 m) wireless range, the Davis Wireless Long-Range Repeater extends transmission distances up to two miles (3.2 km). This makes it ideal for farms, industrial sites, research stations, and wide-area environmental monitoring.

This repeater requires two external antennas (sold separately). Each repeater includes a transmitting cable and a receiving cable, each terminating in connectors ready for an external antenna. You may choose between the omni-directional antenna (#7656), which covers 1,560′ (476 m) in all directions, or the Yagi directional antenna (#7660), which covers 5,000′ (1.5 km) in a single direction. Mix and match antenna types based on your collection and transmission needs.

The repeater features a solar-powered charging system designed to operate continuously even under low-light conditions. It includes a weather-resistant shelter, solar panel, regulator circuit, rechargeable battery, and mounting hardware for easy installation.
