Based on the HD200 series, it offers live 1080p viewing via HDMI and you can record 5MP photos and 1080p video directly to Secure Digital media. The internal software provides control over exposure and color, and tools for measurements and comparisons. The addition of autofocus limits the need to make focus adjustments when using the camera as the main observation medium.
Connected to an HDMI monitor or TV, live 1080p video can be viewed at super smooth 60 fps. The included USB mouse allows you to control the camera through its easy-to-use interface. Alternatively, connect the camera via WiFi for remote control of the software, with 25 fps streaming. The included Windows software offers measurement and image development tools, as well as advanced composition features such as image stitching and extended depth of focus. With the ability to calibrate scales with multiple magnifications, the software can be used for multi-level inspections. For Mac and Linux, there is a lite version of the software that can capture video and still images and includes limited processing features.
The camera uses a C-mount interface, making it compatible with a wide range of reduction lenses and photo ports.
Notice: due to the autofocus mechanism, the C-mount lens thread should not exceed 5 mm.

To customize the microscope according to your visual comfort, the interpupillary distance can be easily adjusted using a precision Siedentopf mechanism. Diopters are available on both eyepiece tubes to compensate for asymmetry, and the eyepiece tubes are angled at 30° to comfortably fit a seated position without neck strain. The 23mm photo port is height adjustable to align with the eyepieces and can be replaced with an optional CX series C-mount port, which includes built-in reduction and can directly interface with C-mount cameras.
The objective turret provides instant access to 4 magnification levels, making it easy to focus on minute details from 40X to 2500X. This covers the magnifications needed to study hair follicles, cells, and bacteria. These high-quality lenses are achromatically corrected to enhance resolution and color accuracy.
The 2-layer mechanical stage offers smooth and precise movement for slide sample analysis. The low stage position controls are conveniently located near the coaxial focus knobs to optimize workflow. Slide sample analysis is intuitive and accurate for users of all skill levels. The halogen illumination below the stage provides bright lighting with excellent color reproduction. Warm lighting is better suited for prolonged use and causes less visual fatigue compared to LED and fluorescent lighting. The Abbe condenser has a high numerical aperture of 1.25 for oil immersion and an iris diaphragm to optimize contrast and depth of field. The condenser holder uses rack and pinion movement for precise height adjustment.
