The ASF-2 MKII hydrophone is affordable, easy to use, and simply a great-sounding hydrophone. The ASF-2 MKII was developed with the key components of the renowned ASF-1 MKII and uses the same professional hydrophone technology for excellent underwater audio recordings.

With a frequency range of 70Hz-20kHz, we have developed a microphone capable of capturing a perfect sound spectrum while effectively avoiding low-frequency noise caused by cable handling.

The body is made of high-quality aluminum with an anodized exterior surface to protect against the corrosive nature of seawater, while the 10 m polyurethane cable is hermetically sealed in the body. Thanks to these design features, the ASF-2 MKII hydrophone easily withstands the toughest usage conditions. The innovative design of the ASF-2 MKII not only makes it an affordable hydrophone but also facilitates economical operation, as it is compatible with standard professional audio equipment.

This Plug-and-Play hydrophone is equipped with an XLR connector and operates with 48V Phantom power. It is designed for use with current professional mixers and field recorders for exceptional underwater recordings.
