The HOBO RS1 mounting brackets (Unassembled) and M-RSA (Pre-assembled) are designed to provide secure and reliable installation of your HOBO data loggers in various applications. The RS1 bracket allows for easy mounting on flat or irregular surfaces, while the M-RSA is optimized for installation on masts, providing stability even in demanding environments. Additionally, the HOBO RS3-B solar radiation shield is designed to enhance the accuracy of temperature and relative humidity measurements in areas exposed to direct or reflected solar radiation. It is compatible with tripods, masts, or flat surfaces.

The shield is recommended for accuracy in measuring temperature and relative humidity in areas directly exposed to or reflected by solar radiation. It can be mounted on tripods, masts, or flat vertical surfaces. It is ideal for use with data loggers such as HOBO Pendant and U-Series data loggers.

Note: Please note that if you are using a U-23 data logger, it may be necessary to purchase the U-23 Clamp Kit.

The Kestrel 5000 Pocket Weather Meter is the basic wind and weather meter of the Kestrel 5000 series. While the Kestrel 5000 Pocket Weather Meter offers similar wind and weather monitoring functions to the Kestrel 3500 Wind Meter, it has several advantages, such as Bluetooth connectivity, data storage, graphical functions, and computer interface technology. It can store up to 10,000 data points, allowing you to track changes in the environment over time, view these changes as graphs on your Kestrel 5000 screen, and even upload the data to your PC or Mac. The Kestrel 5000 series is now available with optional Bluetooth LINK technology, enabling your Kestrel to communicate with your Android or iOS device up to 100 feet away, maximizing the battery life of your weather meter.

Each Bluetooth-enabled meter includes custom communication software designed to quickly and easily set your data transmission frequency, download logged data, view graphical data, and transfer data to other applications.

As with all Kestrel 5000 series meters, they feature a white backlight (excellent for daytime use) and a night vision-preserving backlight. The red night vision backlight (NV) incorporates an optical filter to reduce overall brightness and minimize blue and green light in the spectrum to preserve night vision. (Note: this backlight appears as soft grayish pink, not "red," and is still in the visible spectrum, so it is not compatible with night vision equipment.) Essentially, with the red backlight, your eyes do not need to adjust when switching between your meter and the horizon during nighttime use.

The advantage offered by the Kestrel 5000 to scientists, athletes, firefighters, automotive technicians, and agricultural specialists is immeasurable. With Kestrel 5000 technology, you will not only know the current weather conditions but also be able to track environmental changes, thereby making predictions about what may happen next.

Davis Mounting Kit for Weather Stations

This weather station mounting rod makes installation and proper placement easy. The kit is perfect for weather stations such as Vantage Vue or Vantage Pro2. It is also an excellent choice for mounting EnviroMonitor cellular link ports, EnviroMonitor nodes and sensor transmitters.

The mounting pole kit contains two poles. One is 50 cm long and the second is 53 cm long. The total length when both poles are connected is 95 cm long.

The poles are galvanized and the mounting frame is stainless steel. This kit is an excellent choice for mounting your weather station on the side of the building above the roof line or on an outside pole or fence. It can be used in a wide range of circumstances. The kit includes all necessary mounting hardware.
