This binocular stereo microscope is ideal for geologists or jewelers, featuring stereo objective lenses, incident and transmitted lighting, and high resolution across a wide field of view

This model has a forward-facing head that positions the observation platform closer to the user, which is often beneficial for delicate work using soldering or cutting instruments. The eyetubes can be easily adjusted to align properly with the eyes, and one includes a diopter to compensate for astigmatism.

Two pairs of objective lenses provide 20X and 40X stereo magnification when used with the included 10X eyepieces. This range is suitable for common soldering and mechanical repairs, as well as inspecting larger objects. The objective magnification can be changed simply by rotating the nosepiece. The viewing head uses 30.5 mm eyetubes to provide an extra-large field of view. One eyetube has an integrated diopter adjustment for users with astigmatism or to adjust focus when using a camera instead of the eyepiece. The head can be adjusted for any user via a rotating binocular adjustment to ensure proper eye alignment. Multiple eyepieces are available to expand the magnification range.
